Rhubarb Barbecue Sauce. I made 12 pints of this last night with great success. Instead of the corn syrup, I used an additional 1/4 C brown sugar. Cooked it down and used an immersion blender to chop it all. Really wonderful - sweet/sour/fruity. Maybe add a little liquid smoke, too. by cpk48
